I am particularly belonging to Indian culture and according to the Indian culture, we usually have open acceptance towards other culture and we always tend to have a unique innovative approach to establish a higher degree of mutual understanding with each and everyone around us. We live in multicultural environment which make work practices effective, balanced and synchronized.

In comparison, Aboriginal culture has always faced racism due to which they always tend to defend themselves and does not try to interact much as they always feel that they will be discriminated at the workplace too. This feeling within them does not let them work with their complete potential in the workplace which affects their performances in the work practices (Salmon et al., 2018).

Every culture has biases but it becomes important for an individual to realise those bias and overcome them by implementing effective strategies in order to remain grounded to the current work culture and work practices. Remaining aware about the cultural biases will keep me alert and will help me in early recognition of the bias so that I can immediately work on its resolution (Salmon et al., 2018).
